Since 2001 TICG has been Kichler’s integral Internet partner. We’ve
grown Kichler’s visitor numbers five consecutive years and are on pace
to exceed 4.0 million visitors in 2006. This is a 4 fold increase
from 2001. Kichler’s online growth can be attributed to a successful
search engine optimization campaign, effective Pay per Click bid management
and repetitive marketing to their in-house email list. Ezine Advertising and
Link Development Campaigns have also played an important role in their substantial
growth. TICG is responsible for developing effective Pay per Click campaign
management and SEO strategies, implementing the strategies and managing all
aspects of their online campaigns.
Increased visitor traffic resulted in a 4 fold increase
in online revenue. The Kichler Website was developed as a vehicle to drive
traffic to their dealer e-stores. Participating dealers are provided with an e-store within Kichler’s
parent site. Potential customers enter their zip code and a list of Kichler
dealers is displayed. The online visitor can click into 1 or all of listed
dealer e-stores to shop and compare prices. All transactions occur via
the Kichler parent site and are fulfilled by the specific dealer who sold the
item(s).
Kichler currently revamped its Website. Major changes were implemented
and we anticipate huge returns for Kichler in the years ahead. We are excited
to be part of Kichler’s re-birth and look forward to providing outstanding
services and results!
This is a true Cinderella story and one we are incredibly
proud to share.
Cheese and Wine Unlimited came to us in the summer
of 1998. At that
time, their product offering was small, but lovely. Their budget was just very
small and the owner was not Internet savvy, but who was back then? At the time
of our initial meeting, their Website was online for 6 months and had received
0 visitors.
Over the course of the next 8 years we re-defined
the product offering from 12 gourmet wine and cheese gift baskets to more
than 100 gifts including wine and cheese, coffee/tea, chocolate, cookies,
floral arrangements and more! In
addition to handling the Pay per Click bid management of 3 engines and the
organic SEO campaign, we implemented an affiliate program which required a
full year to develop and now constitute 25% of their total online revenue.
Over time, the Cheese and Wine marketing allocation increased modestly, but
their ROI increased sharply. In 2004, sales totaled more than $400,000, 2005
saw sales of $475,000 and 2006 saw sales surpass $500,000.00... indicative
of another record year.
